TOURNAMENT FORMAT

GROUP STAGE + Knockout

Teams play in single round-robin matches of 7 overs per side. The top teams advance to a single-elimination playoff/knockout bracket. From the group stage through the final, every ball counts. Ties are settled by a Super Over: one over per side, two batsmen, winner takes all.

RULES Summary

Team Structure
Each team has 8 players, including 1 designated impact substitute. During group matches, every player must bowl exactly 1 over and no player may bowl more than 1 over.

Tournament Format
Matches are 7 overs per side. The top 4 teams advance to playoffs, and playoffs follow a knockout bracket format.

Schedule Expectations
All matches begin promptly at 10:00 AM. All players must arrive no later than 9:00 AM.

Minimum Players
A team must have at least 7 players present to start. Fielding substitutes may be used if short, but substitutes cannot bat or bowl.

Gameplay Standards
Illegal bowling actions are strictly prohibited. Players must not engage in distractions or interference during play.

Game Conduct & Flow
Each over must be completed within 6 minutes, innings break must not exceed 10 minutes, and play stops immediately for injury (dead ball declared).

Player Responsibility
All players must follow rules, maintain sportsmanship, respect officials/opponents/teammates, and remain responsible for their safety and actions.

Basic Game Rules
A clear or deliberate LBW results in a wicket. A maximum of 2 bouncers per over is permitted.
